Strawberry yogurt parfait makes a quick, easy, and perfect recipe on busy weekdays. Try this fabulous sweet treat for upcoming Valentine’s Day for breakfast, snack, or dessert with your loved ones.
This parfait is made by layering some yogurt, strawberry sauce made with some honey and orange zest, and some crunchy homemade granola. You can make these parfaits ahead of time by layering yogurt and sauce. Add some granola/crunchy toppings and fresh fruits just before serving.
After storing the parfaits for 1-4 days in the refrigerator the granola can get soggy. I love adding some crunch in my parfaits – some homemade granola or nuts with some fresh fruits.
You can use any plain or flavored yogurt in this recipe. You can combine some protein powder for some extra dose of protein in the parfait. There are endless possibilities with this strawberry yogurt recipe.
